Help Desk
The Help Desk software assists help desk/call centre staff to gather high volumes of work requests
quickly and easily. Requests are entered
into BEIMS as work orders and then distributed to the relevant trades.
Help desk staff can monitor
progress of selected jobs and provide feedback to requestors if
required.
This module can be configured to suit your Help Desk
requirements.
