Dear BEIMS user,

It is an exciting time at the BEIMS offices as we have recently opened registrations for the 2010 International User Group Meeting. If you have yet to take a look at the details of the event, please click here. Early bird registrations close on the 5th March 2010.

The training and workshop sessions represent great return on investment for all of those facilities staff wishing to extract the most from BEIMS. There will also be plenty of opportunities to socialise with industry peers and BEIMS staff!

If you have any issues with the registration process, or have any questions, please feel free to contact us on +61 3 9602 2255 and we will be happy to assist you with registering.

Another cause of much excitement is the recent announcement by the Homes Out West Community Housing Group (NSW) and Credit Corporation (PNG) that their preferred choice of FM software supplier is BEIMS. You can find out more about these unique implementations below.

The finishing touches have been made to pocketBEIMS Remote Request (featured in the last edition of BEIMS News). The new module allows pocketBEIMS users to make work order requests via Windows Mobile and is available to all BEIMS users at a great introductory offer. The development team has also been working hard on an extension to BEIMS ContractorWEB, bringing even greater efficiencies to contractors and organisations using BEIMS.

On a final note, we have recently been receiving a number of emails from BEIMS users asking to be put on the BEIMS News mailing list. As a result of this, we put together a complete mailing list for BEIMS News based on our current database. If you would like to unsubscribe from further editions, please use the unsubscribe button on the left.

All the very best,

The BEIMS Team.

New BEIMS Implementations
BEIMS has been recently installed within the administration of the Homes Out  West Community Housing Group in Deniliquin, NSW.

Together with Argyle Community Housing and South Eastern Aboriginal Regional Management Services (SEARMS), BEIMS is now used to manage around 2000 properties across the NSW public housing sector.

Managing over three hundred properties from two locations, Homes Out West (HOW) needed a comprehensive FM package that also scaled well. With Core BEIMS, the Fax Agent and the Asset Upload Tool, HOW has been able to better manage their housing stock and begin moving toward a centralised asset management and work flow platform.

Along with Homes Out West, Credit Corporation Papua New Guinea will soon implement BEIMS at their picturesque Era Dorina Resort in the hills over Walter Bay, Port Moresby.

Comprising 93 units, Era Dorina is the largest executive residential estate in Port Moresby. The estate will utilise Core BEIMS, BEIMS Web Remote Request and three DOMAINs to allow autonomous management of the three major structures.
