2010 BEIMS International User Group

The 2010 BEIMS International User Group Meeting proved to be very successful. The conference week provided training and workshop information on core products of BEIMS as well as an insight into new developments. Training and workshops were provided on Finance Modules, pocketBEIMS Work Orders/Remote Request & Space Audit, Visitor Registration, Contractor Management, KPI Reporting, Materials Management, Building Condition Assessment, Contract Management, Departmental Asset Register, DOMAINS, Crystal Reporting and much more.

Other than just training and workshops the conference provided site visits to Eastern Health and Monash University. Tuesday night BEIMS hosted cocktail drinks at the Metropolitan hotel with exquisite canapés and great company. Wednesday night after the User Group Meeting, the Awards Dinner and Drinks were held at the Melbourne Aquarium. Everyone dressed for the occasion and the venue didn’t let down! Everyone got lost in an ‘under the sea’ world, while feasting on great food and beverages. Friday after the final sessions, BEIMS hosted pizza and drinks at the office.
