Having trouble viewing PDF documents?
In order to open, view and print Portable Document
Format (.pdf) files you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
This is available for free at the Adobe web site
www.adobe.com.
Even if you have the correct software, in some cases
PDF files may not open correctly. Common problems may be blank document
pages or frames and page timeouts. There may be numerous reasons for
this. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q177321 for
a list of these and possible resolutions.
In the meantime there may be an
easy solution:
 |
Refresh / reload the page
Press the refresh or reload button on the top menu bar. Try
this a few times. If the page is loading and still looks not
quite right, then try a few more times until it has loaded
correctly. |
 |
Download the PDF to your PC
You can actually bypass loading the PDF into your internet
browser. Note your internet browser may be causing the problem
due to slow connection, busy servers or large documents.
To download straight to your PC: |
 |
Right click (shift
click for Macs) on the link to the PDF document. |
 |
Select "Save Target
As" or "Save Link As", and save the document. |
 |
The PDF will now be
downloaded which may take some time. |
 |
You will now be
able to open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. |
