New BEIMS 5.5.303 upgrade a hit with users

About BEIMS 5.5.303

As part of our program of continuous development and design, new upgrade BEMS 5.5.300 has delighted users with its many additional functions, features & reports.

Particularly well received were the enhancements to the already sophisticated BEIMSWeb application, such as RRN (Remote Request Notification) and the new LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) connectivity.

RRN allows users to opt to receive automatic email responses advising them of the progress of their request. This further enhances client satisfaction gained by using BEIMSWeb by providing a convenient way for clients to stay abreast of their job.

Another enhancement to BEIMSWeb included LDAP connectivity which provides a link to your organisation’s user database. This eliminates the need to set up individual user profiles within BEIMSWeb as existing user profiles can be accessed.
