All clients under an Annual Maintenance and Support Agreement are eligible for the latest version of BEIMS – BEIMS 5.7! There have been significant changes to this version that will allow you to maintain your facilities with up-to-date technology.
Searching
Significant enhancements have been made to search functionality across all BEIMS modules. Enhancements include the ability to search by keyword, additional selection criteria, easily defined rows, saving previous selections, the ability to sort by column header, clear and print buttons.
Reporting
All reports have been updated to Crystal Reports Version 11 allowing reports to be directly exported to PDF files and to the latest versions of Excel.
Additional reports have been added across Information Setup, Asset Management System, Work Order System, Cost Control and Planned Maintenance System modules.
General
BEIMS 5.7 has an updated look and feel including updates to Splash Screen, Menu icons and responsiveness to local changes in Windows themes.
Local Configuration Manager has replaced older Configuration applications. It displays all configurations set-up on a particular pc and allows users to switch easily between them.
Remote Request
The Remote Request List has been updated with reshaped icons and a “refer to” option allowing users to electronically refer a request to someone else in their organisation for acceptance or rejection.
Work Orders
Enhancements have been made to Work Order Watchdog for improved selection and a greater range of parameters.
